Review: [redacted] of Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is the financial company used by BSU Rentals, a property leasing company. I've been speaking with [redacted] from [redacted] and informed him that maintenance employees had entered my apartment without notification or permission, brought in paint and new blinds to improve the place for new tenants the next month, and turned my air conditioning on full while I was away but the utility was under my name. This is strictly against the lease and the thermo was never reset, causing my utility to jump 100% month-to-month (I was out of the apartment at this point but it was still leased to me during the 2 months I was gone). [redacted] refuses to admit fault and claims he would pay if he was responsible but he believes he is not culpable, despite that the company admitted to entering without my notification and breaking my lease. [redacted] says they were only in there a few hours and could not have caused my bill to increase, but the air was left on until I came back at the end of the month, so it was obviously left on by them. [redacted] refuses to take responsibility and pay the difference in my bill from month to month.Desired Settlement: I request the difference in my electric utility from June to July, $29.02 (from 18.24 to 47.26, as I was gone both months and such an increase is only explained by their unlawful entry.

I am in receipt of your letter dated 8/20/13.1 received it on 8/26/13.

First, [redacted] has absolutely no relation to our rental business, BSU Rentals. "[redacted]" is my full-time job advising individuals on their financial planning needs. BSU Rentals are college rental properties I own with two other individuals who also have no relation to "[redacted]".

As it pertains to Mr. [redacted]'s alleged $29.02 claim, it is completely unfounded. I attempted to explain this to him in several conversations, mostly via email, but eventually we agreed to disagree. We have no culpability to his claim and even though it is an alleged $29.02, out of principal, we will not pay what we do not owe. We have been fantastic landlords for over 12 years and will continue to be in the future.

I assume this issue is closed, especially as it pertains to [redacted].
