Review: I am a Scentsy direct sales vendor and purchased a booth for a beauty pageant that was being supposedly held by [redacted] (owner) of B Scene advertising agency on Sunday October 19th 2014. Event never took place according to the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club where it was supposed to be held at, the event had been canceled a long time ago. [redacted] took my monies on September 12th 2014. [redacted] has repeatedly ignored my phone calls and made promises about returning my money every day. She has spoke of assistant that have said on Facebook she owes them money as well. She said she refunded my money on 10/17/2014 it is now 10/22/2014 and I have not received anything. She then asked for my mailing address to send me check which I DO NOT trust from a person like this. How rude and unprofessional!Desired Settlement: Return to me what is mine! Not yours!

Review: [redacted], the owner of the B Scene Agency, contacted my company and told me that she was producing a TV show called "Americas Entrepreneurs" and the show will air Spring 2013. The show was guaranteed air time of 4 minutes for my segment and the show is about the stories of entrepreneurs struggles and triumphs of some well-known entrepreneurs and some new entrepreneurs. In the contract I signed, it states the show will include famous entrepreneurs [redacted], founder of [redacted] Mitchell Hair Systems and Patron Tequila, [redacted] of Texas' Oil and Real Estate, [redacted] owner of RE/MAX Fine Homes along with other additional entrepreneurs. The contract states that the show will reach over 17.5 million viewers in Southern California, reaching 7 counties and over 7 million households on the KDOC station. The contract clearly states that the show will air in 2013 and It is now a year later Spring 2014 and the show has not aired, the segment that was made by B Scene Agency did not include the rest of the scenes found in the contract. The agency has made magazine ads for a show that has not aired and does not have an air date. The contract does not reference any type of push back disclaimer for production timing or issues. When I signed this contract on 2/21/13, I was rushed in as a last minute "Entrepreneur" and told I had to film my segment within weeks (either 2/23 or 2/28) because the show was airing in Spring 2013. We are now well into 2014 and the final segment for my part is not complete. In addition to the agreed upon timing of when the show will air, the contract also states that B Scene would be filming "video of boat, house party, office beer event" referencing the game being played at these three events to add to my segment. Once I did my initial "interview green screen in Newport" which is also in the contract, I was told that B Scene would film the other segments with their staff and to leave a game to complete the filming. Which I did. To date, these additional segments have not produced and every time I ask for a completed segment and to know the air date, [redacted] responds with a message saying I need to reshoot my interview. I have done 2 different full interviews with 3 different hosts to date and believe the interview section to be complete. In the "additional filming locations" option in the contract, [redacted] put the date and time (2/23 1-5PM) for the Riverside Beer Event for your filming crew. [redacted] (Vice President of Marketing ) did show to the event and filmed. Both the interview and beer event footage was put together and presented to me. This segment only included a portion of the agreed upon filming and in my opinion, was sub-par and did not meet the quality standards for local TV. In the contract it names 3 magazines ads. These ads were part of a package I agreed upon to promote my product in your show that is airing in Spring 2013. Again, I refer back to our contractual agreement and the magazine advertisements section is not promoting the show agreed upon in the contract. They are promoting a show with an unknown future air date that is not complete.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that a full refund of $4,162.50 be paid back to my company for breaking the agreed upon contract for my full segment of the America's Entreprenuer TV show to air in Spring 2013. This contract also includes magazine advertisements that are to promote the TV show along with the TV shows air date and time.
