well as apparently you. There was no promised date on his project as the project was one that needs to be completely dry to work since it is on an extreme incline and is a slippery slope. The job started in the rainy season and was discounted greatly to the customer because of the expected length of time and on and off scheduling of the work. Rain seemed to hit us every time we planned to work at the site. I would tell [redacted] a day we would shoot the concrete but when we would show up things were always too wet to work. We have change orders from him for additional work since his filed complaint. The job in entirety will no longer have any delays as the weather has been sunny and dry. We look forward to finishing up this job and having another satisfied customer. [redacted] has been great to work for and we look forward to satisfying his every concern as we work through the last stage of his job.

Thank you for the update - the work has not been completed yet. The contractor made commitments to complete the work but has not yet done so. Please keep this open and I will let you know when he has completed the work.
