Yes we did have a delay but yesterday everything was addressed and whoever wanted a refunded had to send there information by email requesting the refund which we will be providingLike it was explained yesterday

Client has already submitted a dispute for a refund with her bank and I'm sure that getting to refunds is not correct when it was already submitted thru your bankI have attached a screenshot of my merchant service processor so you can see that the client has already disputed the charge and is getting a refund

this response because:
First off, you didn't respond to ANYTHING I posted in my ComplaintIf posting messages that YOU sent me is slander than you should change the way you speak to your customers.
Secondly, you told me you refunded me my $more than TWO WEEKS AGOStill nothing in my bank account so that was obviously ANOTHER LIEPlease check the next thing you say as I have every single message you've sent me through IG before you blocked me from getting in contact with you & the dozen times I did indeed try to contact you.
Thirdly, I'm obviously not getting my money back so I don't want a refundI want my ORDER SHIPPEDAs I placed my order March and it's May 7th today & you have taken zero actions I want my ORDER SHIPPEDI DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT MY ORDER SHIPPED I'm capitalizing it to make sure you understand

I requested for my refund through the *** direct message, but when I reported her to the *** community I lost my direct messages
to prove it. She said I was going to get my package in two weeks after I placed the order,but she keeps saying this every time that I can get a hold of herI placed my order on October 23, 2017. I waited too long, that I only want my refundOn the first week of January I still had hope to get the product I ordered it but I don't believed her anymore. I joined a chat group where other customers are going through the same situationI have some of their complaints here in this screenshots

this in the attachmentsIf this is a true statement I would like to see proof of where the money was refunded or the "product" was sent out. It has been months and I have attempted numerous times and have gotten the run around each and every timeYou can also see that in the attachments as well

because u dont provide tracking and you dont follow up at all with your customers.You take are money and dont ship out anything! Or give us an honest explanation of why u havent gave is are product thats stealing! This is a lie I have proof of asking for a refund and it never got answered! It got ignored..I've asked for a tracking number and they never gave me one..I want my refund!

We never received a message stating she wanted a refund or else refund woulkd have been provided in a timey manner

We did not answer to clients last message because it was not a message. She actually went on and made a page slandering us and the company with false accusations. And then started harassing other clients of ours by tagging them on this new page which stated false information.
