Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, my option was weather to accept or deny the company's statementThe company is wrong in stating that I was not willing to wait for the prefab shed as I was told the shed was "Unavailable from their supplier and would not be able to get a shed." That's when I demanded my money backBryan *** Did bring me a check on 06/05/for the entire amount of my deposit, so I am satisfiedThe matter has been resolved.

Resolution: B Squared Remodeling entered into an agreement with [redacted] to install a custom pre-fabricated shed on October 26, 2016. B Squared Remodeling advised this customer that we could not agree on a start date since the shed he requested was out of stock at the time he signed...
the contract. [redacted] agreed to wait and told our company that he would wait until the shed was available. We did collect a deposit from Mr. [redacted] for $2,771.61 to pay for the pre-fab shed. On December 14. 2016 [redacted] Requested his money back and told us that he was not willing to wait until the shed was available. I emailed [redacted] back the same day and advised him that we would be able to give him a refund as soon as we received a refund from the supply company for the shed order that was placed. Mr. [redacted] has received a full refund. It is our goal to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with our company. Unfortunately, we could not achieve that with Mr. [redacted]. Please feel free to contact me
