Review: The deck material used has warped and splintered. The contractor returned once , within the year the job was completed, and nailed boards. The composite board material has continued to warp and numerous attempts have been made to contact this contractor to help us get a refund from the manufacturer. He has never returned our calls or emails. He did initially tell us that the manufacturer saw a problem with this product and had discontinued using it. However, we have never received a refund or a replacement.Desired Settlement: Assistance from contractor in obtaining refund and in replacing defective material without charge.
