I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.In addition, I requested the business that in future phone calls from them, that they leave a voice mail message on my phone so that I can return their call promptly. They might have tried to contact me on my phone but they never left a message for me, so I never knew that they were trying to contact me
We take the security of all money transfers very seriouslyOur system flagged the transactions in the complaint for additional review and as such, we attempted to contact the customer multiple timesEventually, we did manage to get in touch with the customer and resolve the reasons for the flag

As per our policies and a part of our anti-fraud policies, customers initiating transfers for the first time on our website [redacted] sometimes require us to contact the customer by phone, text message and/or other means. We were not able to successfully contact [redacted] after he initiated his...
first transfer. Subsequently, we were able to get in touch with the customer and have him reinitiate the transfer. That transfer completed successfully and our further conversations with the customer indicated that he is satisfied with how we handled the matter.
