[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Some of the facts have been twisted by the businessI was not taken "good care of" but was pushed into making a decision The salesperson ( [redacted] ) asked me every few minutes if I had made up my mind I tend to be a very cautious shopper however I felt pressed to make a decsion as if I was wasting her time As far as taking over an hour this is totally innacurate since I was hardly there that long I could continue to pick apart all of the inaccuracies in this version of the event however what is most important is that the shipping fee was never itemized on the invoice I don't even know what the exact shipping fee was since she must have added it to the price of the tables I did not argue the restocking fee since I had changed my mind about the original tables however felt that the shipping fee was never advertised I tried to explain to [redacted] that I did not get a price from an online advertisement but from an in store ad which did not state a shipping fee anywhere either She was very unwilling to even listen to my issue and that is why I have submitted my complaint to the Revdex.com in NJI have never experienced a furniture store charging a shipping fee upon delivery to the store! I have paid delivery fees to my home but not if I was picking up the furniture myself obviously [redacted]

The customer is [redacted] which is an agency that helps clients with housing and furnishing homeThe delivery was made and all merchandise was looked over and signed that all merchandise was in perfect condition [redacted] called over days later about a seem coming apartI am not able to contact customer so I spoke with both [redacted] and [redacted] about issue and they both acknowledged merchandise was in perfect conditionI aslo told them I would not have a problem stitching the seam back together [redacted] was going to call back to schedule an apointment since she can not give me [redacted] personal phone numberI was able to reach out to him when I recieved a copy of his letters to Ashley FurnitureI scheduled his service for May 8, in which the [redacted] will be present

The customer *** *** came in here and we took good care of her We spent over an hour helping her pick the tables she wanted She gave a deposit and we ordered the tables They were already loaded on the truck when she decided she wanted to switch to different tables
She was notified that we could not cancel the order, we called the company while she was here to see if it was possible to take them off the truck and told Ms *** we would have to get back to her when they let us know if it was possible or not The gentlemen called the store and let us know that he was able to remove them from the truck but that we would be getting charged a restocking fee Which we informed Ms *** of and she said it was okay, she also offered to take an end table she did not want or need as a result of being able to not make up her mind She returned to the store and spoke to a new sales person not letting them know that she had already put in an order with a different salesperson Had the new sales person look up the tables to see if we could get them in and *** seen Ms *** back so the new sales person directed Ms *** back to *** so *** could give her the pricing along with the restocking fee Ms*** paid and had no issue with the price or restocking fee After paying, and leaving the store she called and started complaining about seeing the furniture on line for a different price We explained to her that the price on line does not include shipping and tax We also told her the tables should be in by Thanksgiving but we do not make promises We let her know that it usually takes 7-business days from the time of purchase to receive the merchandise in to the store This was now going by her new order date and not the date of the original order that she canceled
