The air conditioner has not cooled the apartment for a week now. It should just need refrigeration, it runs but doesn't cool. The manager was notified by text to her cell phone on September 25, 2012 at 7:01 pm. She did not reply. I texted her again 23 hours later, she then called me back , said she had spoken to the owner. It would be a few weeks before their repair person could get out here, as they were "backed up". MY wife has medical breathing problems according to her Pulmonary Physician at U of L Hospital. Dr. [redacted]. The management has been notified of such and still REFUSE to fix the problem. My wife has a VERY hard time breathing in this VERY HOT apartment. They can find another repair person but will NOT. I spoke to the owner himself today October 3, 2012 at 9:50 am he told me the same thing, that the air conditioner repair company was backed up and it would be several weeks before they could come out
