I have ordered from these guys twice, and both times had tons of problemsThe first unit was programed improperly and turned to a full-time blue screen within two daysThey refused to pay shipping to my house and back to them twice that time (so I paid shipping four times in total to get a properly working unit) The second unit I ordered (I know, how quickly I forget), was listed as "plug and play" with a SYNC patch kitSYNC was completely lost when I installed this unitThe "patch kit" did not help anythingI was then told, "Oh yeah, we ALWAYS have issues with the patch kit" and "We didn't say it was plug and play"I was patientGave them a chanceSilly meI worked with themTore my truck apart splicing wires, etcThey had to phone Ford because they didn't know what was going onI ended up giving up because they told me they couldn't help meI shipped the unit back after being told "Yes, we'll give you a full refund"I told them my cost of shipping and was told, "Thanks, we'll process your refund when it gets here"Now that it's arrived back to them, I'm told, "We never agreed to pay shippingIt's never refundable either way"So, I'm out $and HOURS of my life and have gained nothingI won't be so stupid next time

I won't be so stupid next time.

My item was shipped to me very fast and was packaged well. Once receiving the radio I had several questions and the support team quickly answered all of my questions.I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new radio

I normally don't write reviews, but I know a lot of Ford owners do not have Navigation. That is a option when you buy a new car. Ford should take look at their Asian competitors that the Navigation option is reverse. So at OEM Auto Parts offers a better solution than Ford. Believe I went through the whole Ford sites and it's not good. I ordered my Navigation and gave them my car vin # and in a few days it arrived. I install it myself (very easy if your handy). The only thing and I noticed with other reviews is a calibrating issue after installation which you need to go to customer support for the fix, which is a minor 2 or 3 min. fix. OEM should just include this fix when sending the upgrade. Other wise support is very good, fast response to e-mails and very friendly and professional. They also buy your non-navi module back. How great is that? Definitely Recommend!
