My complaint is on BT Sales, LLC. I have both service (product) and sales issues. I purchased this vehicle on 1/21/2020, I am still on a temporary tag. The dealership messed up by not notarizing paperwork and had to resend the paperwork. I have continually called the Tag/Title Office in ***, GA for the past week regarding this. I am in need of my title and tag. My temporary tag expires March 6, 2020. The Tag/Title office keeps informing me that the dealership has done nothing with this matter since everything is still in there name and hasn't been transferred. Upon calling Alvin B, sales at BT sales, he said this issue should have been taken care of as of yesteday 2/26/2020, to call Tag office and they should have all the information. I have done what he stated and as of today 2/27/20 there is still no information. Also upon buying vehicle there was an issue that I have finally gotten a response to. I have to replace a lot of engine parts which will entail $1000 parts, machine shop and mechanic labor. They have agreed to pay the labor in regards to the repair.
I have tried numerous times to reach out and I have an extremely hard time trying to get dealership to answer phone. My wife has left several messages for a return phone call and they don't get returned. I am to the point that if this does not get rectified soon, I want them to refund my money on the truck and they can have it back.
If this matter is to be resolved, I would like the Title and Tag situation fixed, this should have been done already considering it was purchased over a month ago and absolutely nothing has been done. Please help us in this matter.

Contact by the Business I want the paperwork that was supposidly submitted to be handled asap. I need the title to my truck as well as the tag. If nothing can be done, I want company to take truck back and reimburse my money.

The paperwork on the dodge has been processed by Btsales with out error. It has been processed and awaits completion from our provider. The customer can go to their local tag office for verification. We have no control over the state's time frame of processing from this point. The customers tag has not expired and sometimes it takes the full time frame of the tags date. Concerning the issue of mechanics. The customer was made aware at the time of purchase , that the vehicle had a mechanical issue. Mr*** said that if I, Alvin B, would reduce the vehicle price, he would handle the necessary repairs. He bought it for his price, as is no warranty. We asked him to let us repair and he refused. He wanted to take it for the price he stated and assured he would repair.
