B & W Appliance Repair

Company came out 1/11/12, told me I needed a control board , they said they ordered one and would install it when it came in, I paid 85 for the service call, it is now April and this issue is still not resolved, they tell me the part has not come in. I called [redacted] myself and they have the part, they refuse to check on the status of the part, it's only a phone call. They also said If can get the part but they will recharge me the service call. It would be nice if they would just say to me, let me make a phone call and find out what is going on with the part you ordered, All I ask is to know what's going on with this repair. If they don't want to do this I want my $ back and I will go somewhere else
