I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This in regards to work not authorized done to my Subaru at this shopI received a letter today stating this is closedNoI did contact the Revdex.com again by phone about my dissatisfaction in this matterWork was done and not authorized and they know itI personally walked in the shop while they still had my car and TOLD them verbally NOT to go over 1200.00$ if so contact meNoThey just kept working on itIt went up to 1648.94$ This is unacceptableAlso upon inspection of the inside, over of CD's was removed from the carIf they say it was broken in to, no it was notIf it was put outside unlocked they ARE responsibleI care about the car not the theftI am currently having the car inspected at another shop for the work performedIf it finds parts were or not replace I will be pursuing this further in courtThey did work not authorized and I simply don't understand how it can be justifiedThey NEVER offered to check it free, just said bring it inSure so they can charge me moreI have recently heard some questionable things about the shopI regret going thereI also took my Dakota there, TWICESo it wasn't just being madThey were told to put a starter on the truck and did NOTExplain this? They are a very bad place, the secretary lied, she was told by me not to go above the estimateExplain this? It will be in court if the other shop finds it wasn't repaired right and that shop had to do more work on the Subaru they messed upEXPLAIN THIS????????????

In response to the complaint filed against our business I have enclosed a copy of the receipt of repairs As you can see the ignition coil that she complained about was not but was We are by no means perfect and if there was a problem with the repairs on this vehicle we were more than willing to help The customer was offered to bring her car back into our shop at no cost to her to try and see what was wrong but she had no interest in doing that and proceeded to scream at our secretary We have been in business for years and do our best to treat our customers as we would like to be treated If there is anything we can do to further assist you with this complaint please let us know

I took my vehicle to *** to have both passenger side doors fixedThey were dented and needed to be repainted from an accident I was involved inUpon me dropping it off, my power locks and power side mirror buttons were working, my rear passenger side inside door handle worked, and my front passenger side window wasn't cracked
Once I picked the vehicle up, *** informed me that the rear passenger door panel was "busted", as though this had happened during the accidentHe said he would rig it to make it work that he had trouble finding a door panel that was used, that new ones cost too much moneyI am no longer able to open the rear passenger door from the inside
I also noticed I was not able to lock my doors or adjust my side mirror with the buttons on the door; the same door he worked onHe told me he would check them out to try and fix the issue
When I went to roll my window down it came off track and got stuck; once again, the same door he worked onHe willingly
