This order was placed on 2-14-and installed on 3-04-to 3-06-One window had a stress break which we ordered from the factory when it came in it was the wrong size so we reordered and the 2nd one was the correct size but came in broken so we had to reorder a third timeThe customer was made aware of the problem each timeShe asked B&W to repair her patio screen door that her dog ran threw and I told her she should put a guard on it to help stop the dog from running through itI took door back to the shop when I realized it was a custom size so we had to order a custom size screen guardI though I had informed her husband of the need to order the guardShe called up complaining so we re-screen her door at no charge and delivered it to her houseShe held payment till glass was repaired which we told her was okay with B&WThe windows and door have a lifetime warrenty and are installed to code and installation standardsB&W Glass stands behind all of our window and door sales and installations and make every effort to get jobs done in a timely matter
