I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from all of the staff at BW Mechanical. My first phone call to their office was the start of my impression - the office lady was a delight to speak with. She answered a couple of questions I had, then efficiently scheduled me the following day for an estimate done by the owner.
The owner came the next day on time, looked very clean cut and well groomed, was polite, professional, and did not rush me as he went through my home to discuss my heating replacement options...I never knew we, as consumers had so many choices, and could easily control and decrease our utility bills, change thermostat from a work computer, etc. I should mention here that I did have two other estimates done by [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] was hardly worth the waste of my ten minutes. He was uninformative, and seemed to have no time for my questions, AND he did not offer to remove his shoes. [redacted] gentleman seemed to have more knowledge, wasn't as friendly, but prices were significantly higher and it didn't feel as personal.
Due to our family vacation, we scheduled our install two weeks later. I tell ya what folks - I had the most polite men with the sincerest manners out of the two service technicians that did our install. They were excellent at picking up their mess of tools at days end, and also inquired about removing shoes. In fact, my wife enjoyed them so much she made them sit down to enjoy a nice lunch with us! Once the system was installed, the owner that did our estimate came back and went over every little thing about our system. I cannot say enough about this team or their owner. I like things neat, I like to clearly understand what I am purchasing, and I like to feel comfortable in my own home when workers are there. I've since called BW Mechanical to give us another in home estimate for an air conditioning unit. Wouldn't you know? It was like clock work as I received the same friendly and knowledgeable service I did the previous time. The installers could not have been any better...just fantastic work men - fantastic!! [redacted] has always been a leader in my eyes and I a loyal customer. I will continue to use BW Mechanical and would not hesitate to HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give them a call! I know they have a website and I think you can apply for financing there too. Now go call them and I'll look forward to your review too. Oh how I do like to be correct...says my wife!

BW Mechanical installed our new furnaces/airconditioner system two years ago. We have been very pleased with our Trane equipment and have seen a significant reduction in our heating and air-conditioning utility bills. Even more important is the service we have received from [redacted] and his crew. During the installation process the work area was always picked up at the end of the day and it was completed in a timely fashion. We have used them since for routine maintenance and filter cleaning. They are polite and professional and respond quickly to phone calls and questions. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend BW Mechanical.
