We had purchased a new home and B & W paving owner refuses to warranty his work only 7 months old, rocks coming through and falling apart everywhere.
We purchased the home in March of 2019 and noticed rocks coming through the asphalt and the driveway is falling apart shortly after we closed About 30 days later . Contacted the owner to warranty his work which he refused to warranty any of his work . Had two other companies out to evaluate the driveway and both said job was done incorrectly and the whole driveway would need to be redone including the owner who did it himself of B & W Charles . But Charles the owner At B & W offered to redo his Own work at a cost which makes no sense and is unethical.
Replace the Asphalt driveway in which they had done incorrectly .
General contractor hired me to pave over base I did not install or grade rock was not dot base rock had sand in base she would not pay for additional base to be done properly and sprinkler company never capped sprinklers directly in driveway they came up thru new asphalt and ruined new asphalt then they had people putting fill in after driveway paved drove over edges of drive broke and putted holes in drive general contractor at fault as well as sprinkler contractor I offered to repave not my fault no body wanted to pay sorry not my responsibility general contractor that grade and put base ,sprinkler contractor lied about capping heads that came up thru new asphalt and clearing contractor driving on edges that is it thanks

Owner of B&W did not offer to repave as he wrote in his response. Why would a paving contractor lay asphalt on a foundation that he was well aware of in his own words in his response to be improper foundation ? If he knew the foundation wasn't correct he should not have paved the asphalt knowing it would fail and trying to stick someone else with the expenses to correct his own workmanship that he knows he should be warranting . Again all I see is others being blamed when he was the contractor that paved the driveway Knowing the foundation was not correct . We had gotten a second opinion from another asphalt company that also states the driveway was not properly paved shortly after we moved in when we noticed rocks coming through all over .the driveway .
It is general contractor responsibility. General contractor installed rock. General contractor let sprinkler contractor no follow up. Only half bid lines the sprinklers were not capped. General contractor delivered. Extra Material after drive paved. Ran over edges with machines. I cannot warranty other ( General Contractor .) damages or responsibility. If owner of house explained all these issues to other asphalt contractors, none would fix other ( referring to General Contractors.) Base installed and would not pay more for installing different base. General contractor said fine General Contractor would not make sprinkler contractor fix anything as well. General contractor has Loaders go over edges of asphalt. The owner fails to talk about there issues. He the owner, refers to warranty work. What about base not installed. It says in the contract she signed General Contractor paving contractor not responsible. If that is the case they blame me for house. They bought from General Contractor and he is not responsible for anything he did. I cannot fix other peoples damage to drive.

I do not see this going anywhere obviously he doesn't warranty any of his work, at this point I will be forced to take legal action and let the attorneys and court decide.
I live in naples since 1975 owned 3 home and finaly had my driveway paved ...I called 3 companies and the best quote was by far was B &W paving.. they arrived on time and finished a day early.... the job turned out better than I ever imagined. Thank you all at B&W ..everytime I drive oit and return home I think of you guys .....
