First of all, my family & I have never been so incredibly disrespected until we rented from here and dealt with PeterThe night before our check-out, we asked (via txt) if we can extnd checkout 4PMThe response literally was, "Not a problem"Next morning, we're rudely approached by the cleaner, insisting we leave at 11PMApparently, he wasn't told about our extended checkout time & kept telling us to leavemins later, the "owner" literally BARGED into the house and said, while pointing to his watch, "You guys need to get out of my house now!" Peter was very rude, threatening to put all of our things in the garage if we don't leaveHe said he'd charge us $if we stayed till (not in the contract)Why didn't he mention this when asked the night before? COMMUNICATION is key! A mistake on your end SHOULD NOT be a a punishment for your guests! For the next hr, my entire family had to wait OUTSIDE bc we were so uncomfortable in the house w/the owner watching usTerribly ran

We stayed at one of their homes while visiting Vegas for a vow renewal ceremonyWe were advised through email we had to send pictures of any damages within a couple hours after check in, and to let them know if anything did not workWell after or so pictures of major damages we decided we were not going to spend out whole vacation taking pictures of each and every thing, so we sent the major stuffOur mistakeWe tried to call Pete, the property manager on three different occasions to let him know things like no running water at times, a big issue with people staying in the house, and that the dryers hardly worked (had to run everything through three times to get it dry)., but he never answered or returned our callsOn the day of checkout the owner of the home showed upWas just walking around pointing at things saying "you broke this." After all was done, they kept the whole deposit, minus $Horrible experience

Apparently, he wasn't told about our extended checkout time & kept telling us to leave. 45 mins later, the "owner" literally BARGED into the house and said, while pointing to his watch, "You guys need to get out of my house now!" Peter was very rude, threatening to put all of our things in the garage if we don't leave. He said he'd charge us $600 if we stayed till 4 (not in the contract). Why didn't he mention this when asked the night before? COMMUNICATION is key! A mistake on your end SHOULD NOT be a a punishment for your guests! We rented a house for a business trip and arrived to sticky floors, dusty counters, no security system, and a run down house. With a bit of maintenance it would be quite a lovely place, but for the price paid, not what we were expecting. We have rented 2 other houses from Crystal Properties in the past and the places have been in a similar condition upon our arrival, including no heat available in the guest house.

During our most recent stay, the house was broken into and over $60k worth of medical equipment and personal belongings were stolen. The homeowner's items were untouched; all the flat screen TVs, appliances, and high dollar items were left behind. The only things taken belonged to all of us that had kept in the house while we went to dinner. The property management has not provided any assistance to recover our items or compensation for the loss.

Horrible experience.
