I went to B-W's Automotive for a repair of my front bumper on my 2005 Toyota Tundra on May 2, 2012. Mr [redacted] had advised me that the bumper would be shipped to his shop and that he would prime the bumper and paint it, it was at that time I had to pay Mr [redacted] the $200.00 for the job. On May 6th I received a text from Mr [redacted] stating that the bumper " is primed painted and looks good, all that needs to be done is get it slapped on." Since May 6th Mr [redacted] has either avoided my calls saying he was at the ER with his daughter or he did not have a vehicle to get to the shop or he had no babysitter. I had offered Mr [redacted] a ride to the shop and he declined and stated that on May 9th he would be at the shop and would do the bumper at that time. Again I called Mr [redacted] numerous times and I finally went to his shop on May 9th and he had stated that he had to finish a few jobs and asked if I could come back later. I did return later to his shop on May 9th but Mr [redacted] was not there and not answering my calls nor my partners calls. On May 10th my co-worker called Mr [redacted] about the bumper. Mr [redacted] told my co-worker that yes the bumper was there and ready to be "slapped" on the truck. My co-worker asked if the bumper was paid for, Mr [redacted] stated " no it will cost $200.00" when my co-worker advised Mr [redacted] that we have the receipt from him showing it was already paid for Mr [redacted] said "oh yeah thats right. I will call you when I am done doing stuff with my daughter." Again Mr [redacted] NEVER contacted me nor my co-worker again. So now Mr [redacted] has my $200.00 and will not give me either the bumper or my money. Mr [redacted] again has not returned any calls nor my texts.
