Writing a paper with whatever prices is a not a big deal but that is not what we agreed on before we start so I don't have to go with. I don't make up stories. This is *** the owner of Allure Laser Studio I read the
complaint and here is my side of the story. She wanted me to give her the
best deal I could with multiple areas to be treated. I agreed to
treatments on small areas and medium I don't want to say what those
areas are for privacy reasons and large area treatments. I gave her
treatments on small areas because that was the promotion I had going at the
time for small or medium areas. I never offered it on large areas.
She had large area treatment on 10/19/then on 11/16/she had large
area, small areas and medium1/15/she had large area, medium and
small and paid an extra dollars for the extra areas I gave at a major
discount on top of her already given discountsThen on 2/22/she had large
area, medium and small areas. In total she had large treatments,
small, medium and additional small paid separately. The deal I gave
her was treatments large, treatments for medium area and treatments on
small areas. When I put this package together I gave her mainly small
areas free and gave % off the large area and 50% off a already discounted
small area. If you add up all areas treated with the groupon price which
is the lowest I go and then the large area at % off the price is
$1459.00. We agreed on but since I have the right to refuse service
after all the issues we had and it wasn't just one cancellation it was
several and my cancellation is hours you can cancel online within
hours but you still get charged if not cancelled within the hour rule.
I came in for her during hours we were not open because she said she couldn't
come any other time and I do treat my clients well until I feel used.
Also she kept asking me to do areas we never agreed on and I did them without
charging. So I prorated what treatments had been given to what had been
paid and the total came to dollars and she had paid of the we
agreed on. So I called us even and I don't feel I owe a refund and I
didn't ask for the dollars of extra services that she had received.
Sorry its hard to explain but pretty much large areas are way more expensive
then small or medium so for what she has paid she already received service plus
more. I have owned another business and never had a issue I am always
very fair and more fair to the client then most I do not feel I have wronged
her in anyway. Please email me or call me *** with additional
