B-Z Gun & Repair

Review: Brought in shotgun for repair in September 2012, was told repairs would be 3 weeks. Gun was recieved June 2013 and was not repaired and damaged by Bz.

Gun came back in worse shape then when it was sent to shop. Staff and owner were very rude throughout entire transaction. I called numerous times to recover firearm and was told they didn't have it that it was sent to factory. The last time I contacted shop for the weapon I was told it had been there for three months that they tried contacting me which was a lie because I had gone to the shop several times in the three month time frame requesting the weapon. I can prove this by transactions that were made buying other products from them at the time, like I wouldn't ask for the weapon that they had for the better part of a year! When I fiannaly recovered the weapon it was not repaired, but another part of the receiver was damaged were it looked as though it was beaten with a hammer. The worst part was the rudeness throughout the process. On one visit I inquired about the gun the clerk told me it wasn't finished because I bought a piece of s*#*. The gun was a gift from my deceased grandfather. I was not charged for anything because nothing was done. However being out the gun for all that time and getting it back ruined has left a horrible taste in my mouth for bz. I would like the weapon replaced and would really like to see bz out of the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Replacement for battered weapon
