*** *** *** purchased a *** *** with over 160k Miles. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, it was involved in a collision. At the time of sale, the Jeep was in great running condition and passed Mass State Inspection for safety and emissions. After the collision,
*** *** *** began making unsubstantiated claims regarding the vehicle. NO VIOLATIONS have been issued to BAuto Trade by the Registry of Motor Vehicles on this matter

See attached State of [redacted] issued  "safety violations" on the car he sold and inspected, where he SHOULD NOT HAVE, and where in his reply he denies such violation. Very deceptive reply, the car WAS never in a collision, Three independent  mechanics verified defective transmission within one week of sale, [redacted]

1. Car Failed inspections twice within first week of  purchase  as its OBD monitors were not getting ready . I contacted few emission repair shops they advised me it will take $150 - $200 for them to diagnoses the issue . Issue could be due to sensors or OBD monitor itself . Sensor issue could take additional $300 for fixing . Second  failed inspection was done at B1 Auto repair only on 05/27/2017.2. Car started over heating with  Engine code of  P1299 and needed to be towed back to B1 Auto by [redacted] on  06/01/2017 . I spend $152 for towing and it was not reimbursed by [redacted] or my insurer commerce insurance . Overall cost to diagnoise and fix the monitor and Radiator issue exceeded $215.00 ( more that 10 % of vehicle purchase price) So vehicle was returned under  Massachusetts Lemon Law (Massachusetts General Laws; c. 90 Sec. 7N1/2). Please see attached documents .I am requesting seller to simply refund me $182 ( Towing and wiper charges ) . See attached invoices .I incurred additional loss of $110 ( Initial inspection charges of $35 and $75 for Title ) Which I am not claiming from Seller .If Seller fails to return me $182 I will pursue this matter via small claims court under Section 2 of Chapter 93A of MGL.Regards,[redacted]

the vehicle passed inspection at a chosen inspection station by the buyer , warranty on the vehicle expired , no conversation with the buyer since he picked up the car , buyer had full time to inspect vehicle , he even used our lift to do so , buyer was very happy with the vehicle .

I purchased an 05 [redacted] from B1 Auto for $9,500 on September 17. The first week it was fine, besides the convertible kept getting stuck and I had to bring it back 3 times. After the first week I had nothing but problems, cosmetic and engine. From the trunk not working, the leather interior falling off, the top of the car would get stuck (convertible) the windows not working, the check engine light came on saying it was a misfire. The car wouldn't shift out of third, and at 2 grand it would studder. I brought the car back and they said they fixed it.. All they did was shut the check engine light off. The second I took the car off the lot it started misfiring and nothing was fixed. He said he would take the car back, but at the time I wanted it and I just wanted it to be fixed. I tried calling him back a for a few days and no one would return my calls. I told him I wanted to return the car, and he said "No, it's winter time and it'll be sitting in the garage until next Summer". I'm a 20 year old college student and I'm paying for this myself- it's not fair! I need a reliable car
