I dealt with Tim [redacted] for the inspection. He was very prompt to the scheduled appointment for the inspection. First impression he was a very courteous and professional person. As he performed the inspection he was very thorough and I felt went a little further with the inspection to put my mind at ease with a possible moisture issue. He did the thermal imaging throughout the house and that was very informing. Thank you very much for the positive experience.
