Review: The company denies to refund us with 2.200 euros even though they never delivered the requested service. The service we bought from them was described as "Unique companies, with Greek owners or general managers Geography: Germany 13,421, France 14,044, Switzerland 2,135, UK 17,475, Austria 604, Belgium 712,Luxemburg 125 Counts: 48,516" but what they provided us instead was a very small number of names completely unrelated to the above description. We are also able to provide you with the work order, the invoice, and all the emails we exchanged with their representative.Desired Settlement: We would like to be fully refunded as the company failed to provided the service as advertised.
Review: We signed a contract for RFPs (and paid upfront... shame on us). We were delivered a list of companies, most of which had no interest in our industry, and a few of the companies were either closed for business or nonexistent. We have been trying to get ahold of B2B for months now with no success.Desired Settlement: Refund of at least $2,500.
Hi, We have used the services of B2B Email Experts and we were happy with the Email Lists bought from this company as they over ruled our expectations. The list had many info and the emails were pretty good and we did make a good ROI and we have planned for another purchase with them. I would be happy if all the lists sourcing agents use this company for a better ROI
Review: We had paid B2B Email Experts upfront for an email list of data to be used to email marketing/mass mailing. Payment was made to them on March [redacted] and we were supposed to receive the list by end of day March [redacted]. We did not receive the list until March [redacted], after multiple email inquiries. Their work order states that if we are not satisfied with the list we are to receive a full refund within 48 hours. We submitted the request for refund on March [redacted]. On March [redacted] (customer care representative) responded stating he had tried to call us a couple times and was unable to reach us and asked for a better time to talk. Since then I have called the main phone number at least a dozen times. Sometimes it tells you to leave a message, or if someone does pick up they let me know I will need to talk to [redacted] and they will make sure he calls me back. It is April [redacted] and I still have not received a call back. I send emails to him directly, and request a read receipt, [redacted] is reading our emails, but still not responding. There is no contact information for any superior departments listed on their website either.Desired Settlement: We are owed $5,000 that according to their work order is to be returned to us within 48 hours after our request. Tomorrow marks three weeks, and we haven't received our refund.
We purchased a database list consist of thousands of ERP users mailing lists from b2bemailexperts. We must say B2B Email Experts has been good approach for customers. It gave us quality and updated lists of erp users lists.
