Review: B2B Marketing Partners appears to be nothing but a scam that no government agencies are willing to approach or shut down. We purchased a list from them with a guarantee of 90% accuracy in our desired industry. The list arrived 3 days late, the person who sold us the list appears to have left the company, and for 3 days now they have not answered their phones. I have left multiple message and emails for these guys and have not received an answer. The list was 90% INACCURATE, out of 15,000 leads only about 10 have been accurate so far.Desired Settlement: Refund of $1,000 for failure to deliver services

A failure to honor a contract or agreement - The vendor guaranteed the accuracy of a list of almost 20k contacts purchased from them. The listing we eventually received was almost entirely inaccurate.

The late delivery of services - We had to wait over a week more than expected to receive the listing. Once it was received it was obvious from the outset that the listing was total garbage.

The failure to respond to phone calls or written requests for assistance or support - The vendor contact we had disappeared as soon as we started to complain about the delay in receiving the listing.

The company failed to honor a verbal commitment to provide refunds, exchanges, or credit - We managed to get in touch with a "customer care" representative who verbally promised us a refund over the phone upon receipt of an email requesting same. We sent the email and have not received confirmation that the refund request was received.

The failure to respond to phone calls or written requests for assistance or support - This second contact we managed to get in touch with also disappeared after verbally promising us a refund. His line now just directs straight to voicemail any time we try to call.Desired Settlement: We wish to recover the $3,000 spent on the list. This company did not deliver on their original guarantee to us and have been evasive from the moment they received our $ via wire tfr.

You will receive only active and VERIFIED contacts as we update our data on an interval of 90 days and also re-verify it before the delivery of any files. All the contacts have been added to our database through various surveys and re-confirmation is done through tele-calls. Our database is certainly much more valuable compared to other vendors and we have rigorous process of verifying and updating these contacts once in every 90 days through email verification and every 6 months through tele-verification. Even though we use the most reliable sources available, the information does not go into our database until it's verified by our telephone research staff. There is simply no better way to ensure the accuracy of our data. We confirm addresses and phone numbers weed out companies that have gone out of business, and collect additional information: name of the owner or key executive, number of employees, primary line of business and more. Our telephone verification process sets our database apart from our competitors. We also re-verify each contacts before the delivery to make sure the list is accurate, complete and up-to-date, so that your sales team never waste time and money chasing bad leads.Unfortunately, none of those guarantees are true and when questioned, B2B Marketing Partners refuses to answer their phone or emails to them.
