Review: I was looking for a particular product. I happened to find this site with it. I checked it out it seemed legit. I went ahead and ordered it, which was the only item that came to a total of $8.99 the site didn't give me shipping options like most sites do. Site did say that it would send an email after purchase has been placed So when I got the email I figured that it was no charge though site clearly said shipping no charge with a $300 minimum. I waited and checked when it seemed I should of had the item already. I gave it a little more time for the benefit of the doubt . I finally called the number that was listed right on the main page of the site. I spoke with "[redacted]" (also apparently the [redacted])about my order, I didn't realize that it was after hours, which he kept telling me. I didn't go to the contact us part of the site until after the phone call and saw their hours. I talked to him about my order and seemed surprised they hadn't refunded me already. I was surprised by that fact he said that. They never had refunded me nor did they send me an email that there was a problem. He said I would have to send him $15-$17 dollar for shipping for that item if I wanted that item, he basically said it was out of his hands on how much shipping was since it through UPS. Which of course don't want to pay and is to much but I think it should of been honored that it was their mistake. Their site let me purchase that item, they never sent an email stating that problem and of course no refund at this moment. I honestly felt they were going to keep the money if I hadn't called.Desired Settlement: I would of like the item with an honored shipping but a supposed refund is in the works(hopefully). I ask for the company to look at how their website is and make a couple of changes to how shipping is determined that way the next person isn't left in the dark. I also ask that they keep better eye out for their orders so if their is one that was like mine they go ahead and inform the customer, they do have their info.
