the phone recently and help turn your experience in a positive direction. B2C is happy to offer hundreds of thousands of loose diamonds and daily updated inventory from suppliers world-wide.  The system allows us to offer a tremendous selection to online shoppers.  Once-in-awhile, however, we fall victim to the challenge faced by many e-commerce companies; world-wide inventories are updated each 24 hours meaning items that have been sold during that day’s business may show up as available in our system until the following business day.  Unfortunately this was the case with your selection, and this is why all diamonds are clearly labeled "subject to availability" on our website and credit cards are never charged until we know the diamond is available for purchase. While the model works, and is a terrific way to offer incredible variety to the consumer, it is the responsibility of the retailer (that’s us) to communicate in a thoroughly caring manner when we have bad news for the consumer, and – after reviews of the emails and phone conversations – we can say we feel like we fell short in your case. As a consumer you spend countless hours, ready to invest thousands of dollars into an emotional purchase. Our response, offering alternatives when we found the original item had been sold prior to our system-wide update, could certainly have been done in a more thoughtful manner. You will be glad to know, I think, that we have used your example as a teachable moment for our customer service department and have conducted training and established protocols to ensure every one of our customers is treated with unrivaled courtesy in the future. When we last communicated you had spent a beautiful evening for your anniversary, and I am glad we were able, in some small way, to alleviate any frustration you had felt in the buying process prior to that momentous event. Best Wishes, The B2C Team

Taking advice from my friend I had placed an order on b2cjewels for heart shaped diamond. When I received the diamond it was absolutely stunning. I purchased it at 15% lesser than the actual price. I was lucky to get that offer. It made me feel so good after seeing the diamond. I was in dual mind whether the company is genuine because I could not believe the price was so less. I would recommend this to all my friends for future.

Review: On every webpage advertisement for a loose diamond, it says "Complimentary with every purchase" and then it says "Free Shipping Both Ways (secure and fully insured)." I made a first purchase and returned it. I made a second purchase, but the company will not issue a pre-paid return shipping label for the second purchase. They cited that on the website, the text for "Free Shipping Both Ways.." provides a link to their return policy indicating the return is allowed one per customer. However, from the product page, there is no asterisk or other indication that there are additional terms to their advertisement of "Free Shipping Both Ways..." to allow the customer to be fully informed. There is not even an underline to indicate the text provides a link. You simply have to know to click on it. Additionally, the language of "Complimentary with EVERY PURCHASE" is very misleading, especially as they do not intend to honor this promise. When I contacted B2C, they told me I was completing an "exchange," although I have NOT had any exchanges, as these were two separate purchases, orders, and payments. When I explained this to them, I received no response, other than to say they are not sending me a prepaid return shipping label.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to honor their advertising and pay for my return shipment.
