Review: Company trying to hide another business name formerly DBA "Ultimate Pet websites"

The company "ultimate pet websites DBA" charged us $2800 for a lifetime membership of website production and hosting. They have shut down operations and now claim to be another company with the same staff and people working for it. Our website is down, our $2800 was taken, there is no opportunity to contact anyone, except when you call the so called new company where the person who dealt with our website is still employed, [redacted] and she will not return any phone calls or help with the situation claiming, it is now a new company, but the phone numbers and contact information remain the same. The "Ultimate pet websites" has closed it's doors due to many fraudulent complaints both on here and yelp, ripoffreport.com, etc.Desired Settlement: We are asking for a pro rated refund of $1800 and the return of our website information so we may build a site with another company.

DM 12-12-13 consumers response: No we paid, DBA Ultimate pet websites. They have shifted to the other company and closed the Pet website company. Our representative is currently employed with AE Group and the phone is the same as "ultimate pet websites". The old shell game, moving resources to another identity.

Review: B2C did not fulfill their promise to build a website for the $1000 I paid in February.

In February 2013, I wrote a check for $1,000 for a website. I have a contract that says this will be completed in a timely manner. The website is not completed, although I have provided them all the information they have requested in writing. I called the supervisor [redacted] at [redacted] and told him I wanted a refund. He said I signed a contract, no refunds. However, the contract states we will work together to complete the project in a TIMELY MANNER. Corrections, changes are never made. I don't hear from anyone for weeks. We provided everything [redacted] asked for in writing and still no updates, corrections or changes. The workmanship is shoddy, and I don't believe the staff know what they are doing. I feel it is time to end this contract and I am asking for a refund of my $1,000 since they broke their end of the agreement by not providing me with a website in a timely manner. At the rate this is going, it will take years to complete this website to my satisfaction. Calling and speaking to the supervisor [redacted], has gotten me no where. I've been passed around from [redacted], to [redacted], to Jen and back to [redacted] but still nothing gets completed correctly.Desired Settlement: The company B2C Marketing & Technology Solutions has not provided me with the website I was promised for the $1,000 I paid back in February 2013, over 6 months ago. I would like a refund of my $1000 and terminate my connection with this company. They promise they will make the corrections, and go over the list of changes I have provided by it never gets done.
