Mr.***i Has been contacted on multiple occasions throughout this process with multiple visits with him and his wife to ensure their satisfactionHe did point out the concern and I did explain that it was due to how the gutters were attached to his home there is a lip on the corners in the front
and rear of the homeI told him that my superintendent would come by to look at the concern and come up with a solution when we did our next build in his neighborhood and he seemed fine with thatHis concern is one of cosmetic and caused by how his gutters were put on the home not due to faulty installationThis does not change the fact that it is still a concern of his and will be addressed when the weather is suited to do soIt is not a risk to cause damage to his home in any wayI explained that I was out of town and would meet with him upon return to clarify his concerns.His gutters were loose to start and we did tap in many of the gutter nails.The invoice he was sent was what was the remainder of his deductible which we allowed to be broken up over multiple paymentsIt was the same invoice we sent all of our customers with outstanding balances at the beginning of the year.I responded to all of my customers and prospective clients in a timely manner and respond via calls as I don’t like to conduct business via texts due to miscommunication of tone

The Homeowner has been contacted to schedule an appointment to rectify his concernsWe are awaiting a call back to schedule this weekFrom the photo it looks as if there are or nail pops which are somewhat common and will be remedied in a timely fashion and to the Homeowners satisfactionThe photo's presented are different than the item we discussed at our walk through after installation in which he was wondering about the corners of the home along the corner of the gutter line so for that I apologize for the errorThe photos were sent via text message while I was out of town and I was unable to respond until after this Revdex.com claim was openedTo note the invoice carried no due date or FINAL NOTICEIt was simply a friendly reminder of the final balance owed from the agreed payment arrangementA copy of this can be attached if neededAll work is supported via our Craftsmanship Warranty that is included in our contract

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The gutters have nothing to do with the shingles being curled, I added the pictures to the complaint. If you said the invoice was a reminder it should not say the LAST INVOICE  when my roof is still not fixed. I need the shingles in the corner to be replaced, do not use the same shingles. And the one in the middle do not just nail it and put a seal on top of the shingles.
