Unclaimed Furniture has tried to resolve this issue, although the merchandise was sold Floor Model As Is All sales final I am sorry *** *** feels we have not acknowledged her concerns Unclaimed Furniture values our customer service and would never hang up on any customer even when they are irate and using foul language We have offered to repair any damages to sofa and the customer refused the repair We then went to vendor to get a resolution from *** and they agreed to replace the sofa and loveseat Unclaimed Furniture does not receive credits on damaged furniture until the furniture is picked up by *** Either way, *** *** refused the replacement of Sofa and loveseat which is the only approvals that have been approved *** *** did buy a protection plan on her furniture which she can use at any time However, she refused to use the *** protection plan At this point, we have gave *** *** all her demands, however, every time we get one demand approved she demands another issue At this time, Unclaimed Furniture is willing to replace the sofa and loveseatHowever, she will need to contact *** protection for her recliner issues We have gone to great extent to satify *** *** with no success.

With special orders being non cancellable and non refundable, we are unable to accept the return of the bed The parts have been received by the customer therefore the bed should be able to be assembled We do not know how long it will take to get parts to customersIt depends on what the parts are and how the factory has to get them, whether they be in house or ordered from their vendor We feel we have taken care of the customer's requests for the parts needed

The customer ordered and received that bed as she mentioned She did call and order Bag of parts as indicated and that is the Bag number ordered however the factory must have sent the bags of parts as I only ordered the one bag requested The second request for parts came in to Ben and they were ordered the next day We are at the mercy of the factory and it does normally take 1-weeks to get parts sent out depending on what is ordered The factory did come back several days later with questions and we did call customer for verification to get the correct parts sent to them and notified the factory same day of the response We try to get our customers the things they need in a timely manner however we do have to wait for the factories to send them out I understand the frustration of having a bed in the floor and cannot be assembled Unfortunately, missing parts happen and we try to get them rectified as soon as possible We cannot refund $to the customer as this is an unreasonable request This was a special order bed and we tell customer up front that ordering times are estimated We apologize for the inconvenience for the customer however we have tried to respond to customer's requests for parts and we did at the time of ordering the parts expressed the situation of the customer to the factory that they were needing the parts as soon as possible We will continue to work with the customer as needed in this situation
The agreement with the customer, which ws signed by the customer, stated hours of the date of sale for cancellations or returns for refunds( See copies attached) After speaking with management, we have decided to refund the customer the amount of $as that was the amount
paid to avoid any further conflicts with the customer A check will be mailed to the address on file with us and Revdex.com records We have called and informed the customer of this decision We consider this closed. Thank You
