spoke at length Saturday, Oct18th regarding this complaint wherein he informed me that due to a personal emergency he had to leave the country
which explained why I hadn't heard from him since Sept27'th, so he wasn't in fact ignoring me just had not been able to respond due to his emergency situationMr*** stopped by my house on Tuesday, Oct 21" and inspected my driveway where
he provided me with his recommendationsI am pleased that Mr*** and I were able to resolved this issue in a respectful and professional mannerI look forward to doing business with him the futureMs*** thank you so much for your assistance

Hanna came to our home on 4/27/we talked about the problems we have and Hanna explained he had back surgery which was the reason for not returning our calls...we have an agreement that he will return in June to fix and replace what we agreed onRegards, *** ***
