Beware of this company, I would strongly discourage anyone from using their servicesWe had a scheduled pidate, they called us the morning of to tell us they had made a mistake and would not be able to pick up our items on the confirmed dateWe had confirmed pithe previous night and they assured us they would be thereThis caused major issues for us as we were set to give the new owner of our home keys that evening, we had to rent back the house from him for one more dayThey arrived the next morning and sent guys to load a square foot home, the arrangements previously made with Amanda were for more bodies to assist than that Our contract stated that our items would be stored in their warehouse in California until we called to have them shipped to TexasWhen we called to have our items shipped they would not confirm a date for delivery or even an approximate dateIt took weeks for them to finally schedule a delivery date with usWe were told they would arrive early in the morning, they did not call to say they were running late, they arrived at 2:PMAgain they are unloading items for a square foot home, we had one man moving all of the boxes and furniture out of the truckThe other man went to sleep in the truck because he was "very tired from driving." As our items started coming out of the truck I immediately noticed damaged boxes, broken furniture, furniture and boxes with water damage, moldy mattressesIt was a complete nightmare!! Our wardrobe boxes were molded at the bottom and many of our clothes and shoes were ruinedAdditionally, my husband had to help unload so that they could finish, without my husband's help the one mover would not have finished at 12:AM I don't usually write reviews but I felt I needed to based on our horrific experienceSave yourself the stress, frustration, and time find a reputable company, Bshould not be in business I had to add to this review after weeks of trying to work with Bto cooperate with our insurance company based on the claim we filed for our damaged itemsWe have continuously tried to contact them and they will not answer their questions or our requestAgain save yourself the trouble!

We hired B 52 in August 2016 to move our belongings from California to New York. We told them our concerns about wanting our belongings taken directly to NY with no transfers or change of trucks. The sales man, Chris, have us his word that our stuff would not be stored, transferred, etc. On moving day, the moving men once again confirmed with us that they would take everything directly to NY. The driver said he'd be to NY in 5 days maximum.
In day 7, we called looking for our belongings. Chris and his associates were rude and confrontational while speaking with my husband and I. They claimed they never told us that the truck would go straight to NY. That we didn't pay for that service.
Day 9 our stuff arrived in 2 separate trucks. Not the 1 large truck we had loaded our belongings into.
We were not physically there when the moving truck arrived as we were still traveling with our family. Our family members watched as the moving truck unloaded our belongings.
We got to NY almost 3 weeks and found the garage packed to the rim with our belongings. Fragile boxes were squished and stacked upside down. Furniture was broken, wood was shredded and breakables were carelessly "thrown" anywhere they could fit. I have never seen so many ripped and smashed boxes.

Thanks for the wonderful service. B52 has a proper moving process that was obvious when they moved our office. The biggest concerns we had were addressed wonderfully. Also, we found no damaged items at the end of the move. Thanks!

I had to add to this review after weeks of trying to work with B52 to cooperate with our insurance company based on the claim we filed for our damaged items. We have continuously tried to contact them and they will not answer their questions or our request. Again save yourself the trouble!
