B67 Nutra Pure systems

This review is in reference to Nutra Pure, otherwise known as a company that sells Green Coffee Diet Supplements and Garcinia Cambogia Supplements. I am so disgusted with the customer service, or lack of, and how they try to pull the wool over the consumers eyes. I was hung up on by the first customer service rep. after I asked him when I could have my turn to tell my story, he wasn't yet done doing his automated script and chose to hang up. The first rep. said he could give me a 50% refund, and he wasn't even authorized to do so, but decided to make that offer any way. The 2nd rep. (when I called back after getting hung up the first time) offered me a 35% refund, stating that's the best anyone in the company could provide. After reading reviews people have complained and received a 100% refund. When I asked him to confirm that there was no way I could get my 100% refund back he said "There is no way you will get 100% refund back." Things were not adding up. I had to shut my account down through my bank, I'm disputing the charges. They have randomly taken from my account twice now. This is a COMPLETE joke of a company. They will rip you off, and when you call to get answers you will get very rude customer service, telling you lies about what you can and cannot do.
