B.A. Burrito Company

I ordered two burritos on Saturday February 4, 2017
They were suppose to be warm, but they were very cold.

It was all rice and basically nothing else in the burrito.
The rice was not even cooked it was very very hard.

No wonder all the B.A. Burritos are closing around here.

will be next.

What a waste of money for something I threw away.

BA Burrito was advertising a sale on gift cards when I came to the restaurant on 12/27/12. The sale was buy a $25 gift card and get your burrito for free. I ordered a build your own burrito and had steak, rice, cheese, lettuce and tomato. When I got to the check out counter [redacted] informed me that I would have to pay $4 for the steak and cheese on my burrito. I asked why it wasn't free like advertised and [redacted] said because steak and cheese was an add on to the build your own burrito. I asked him if the Wisconsin Cheese Steak burrito was included in the sale and he said yes that one would have been free. I then asked him to ring my burrito up as the Wisconsin Cheese Steak burrito and he refused because he said that wasn't what I ordered, I then told him the WI Cheese Steak had everything on it that my burrito had so I didn't see the problem. Adam said the WI Cheese Steak had sauces and veggies that I didn't get. I responded by saying "Yes then that is a better deal for you because I have less on it."

He refused, so I told him to forget the gift card sale and ring up my burrito. I asked to speak to the [redacted], he informed me he was the [redacted], then I asked if I could speak to the [redacted] and he told me he would have the [redacted] or [redacted] call me back.

I hadn't heard back from anyone a week later so I called the store and [redacted] said he would ask them to call me again. I still haven't heard from anyone today, 1/13/13.
