1) The acrylic material installed was not evenly distributed and in many areas, there was no acrylic material at all, just the original cementWe were told that the color would take a week or two to fully show However, over a month after the installation, the original grey cement is still visible in areas throughout the entire application2) The chemical/acrylic odor lasted for over week and permeated throughout the entire house We were not warned of this chemical smell and the duration of its impact We told that the odor would not last long and that there was no harm associated with them However, we are not sure of the toxicity of these vapors that we were exposed to for an extended period of time
Contacting the owner Brent Pendergrass was difficult, as he would not return calls When we finally reached him, he was not willing to come and review the failed installation and correct the installation issue as he had indicated his company would do
We are now stuck with a
