My boyfriend and I bought our apartment presale a year in advance [redacted] and were given specific plans (with measurements)We bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture in advance to be delivered when we moved in, and of course were expecting our apartment to be similar to the one we bought off of the plansWhen we did our walk through and were devastated to see that the clothing closet was in fact a small broom closet with electrical panels insideThe sales rep and I measured on the official plans that it was to be several feet long, spanning the distance of the stairsAlso feet in length was shaved off of our living room/ dining area/ kitchen to accommodate a communal hallway electrical closetIn total took our apartment from sq ft to sq ftWe had no clothing storage and no place for the micro dining set to goAnd finally we got absolutely zero sympathy/compensation from the director of sales and marketing and the sales teamThey are scammers!
