We heard of this company from prior relations within our industry relating to oil and...
gas. Mr. [redacted] proposed of having frac sand available for purchase (100,000 tons per month). When we purchased 13,000 tons an initial 10% deposit for the first 10,000 tons (100 rail cars) was sent until the proper manifest and/or BOL’s were provided for the purchase and shipment of the material. The first 50 cars furnished on the manifest were supplied but resulted in the railcars either sitting loaded in other regions of the US or empty and not shipped at all for the material purchased. After several attempts to obtain updated information we never were provided with the actual manifest for the railcars purchased and advised to have shipped on or around June 10th.
The initial funds of $139,000.00 was refunded by wire back into our account on July 3rd.
