When is my package coming
I emailed y’all and tried to call but nobody have answered. I’m trying to get my face mask before our first game which is on Sept 1st. 2022 but I haven’t gotten any update yet.

BECK Speed flex
The Beck mask I ordered was for a trophy helmet and it looks exactly like Dawayne Haskins helmet with the redskins.
This is the only place I could find this style available

Ordered wrong color
This was our second order from BA mask. We ordered our mask royal blue but our teams color was actually a darker blue. Alan had us send it back to them to have it painted the correct color. We just paid for the shipping. They went over and above what we expected.

I was ordering a custom football facemask from his company in the first week of july 2013. I was told by [redacted] That I would have it in 4-6 weeks. So I sent $250 dollars to him by check not counting the shipping I used to send my old facemask he would need. It gets to almost September and still no word from him. I have called, emailed, facebooked, texted,"tweeted" and every means of communication I could think of to get a hold of him. Finally in mid October he says he has the masks and send me a picture. He gets the color wrong and I can not take that mask. So I told him to give me a refund and now he has ignored ALL my means to communicate with him.The last week of October I called off a different number and he actually picked up and was caught off guard it was me. He said if I called back later that week, he would get everything together to write me a check for a full refund. So I was polite and said ok I'm trusting you to keep your word. He has again ignored all my calls and messages. It is November the 12th and still have not received anything from him. Please help me get my refund. That's all I want from him and Ill be happy. If I just got $250 of my money back that I paid with check, I'll be content with that. Even though I've lost more than that during this process.

I have called, emailed, and text this company on the status of a football facemask called the Skull. Allen the owener will not responded to me.I have paid in full, and would like to know when this football facemask called the Skull will be delivered. I have contacted the company by phone, email, text, but no one will responded to me. Desired SettlementI need the facemask so my son can use it before his football season is over.

payed for a product and have not received it in the 8 week time period as stated by the web site its been 15 weeks sent it in on 5/22/14on 5/22/14 we sent in a face mask for modification along with an order form and a money order for 265.00 dollars the web site states allow up to 8 weeks its been 15 after 8 e mails we got 1 response 5 weeks ago saying the mask was being sent off for coating we have headrd nothing else my son worked all summer cutting grass and saved his money for this mask modification the order was for a navy blue tiger style mask the name on the order form was [redacted] our complaint is after 15 weeks we have no face mask Desired Settlementall we want is what our son payed for his navy blue tiger style face mask that should have been in our hands and on his helmet 7 weeks ago again the name on the order form is [redacted]

My son sent his mask to BA Masks back in July to be transformed. They will not respond to repeated messages nor will they send back my original mask.My son sent his mask to BA Masks back in July to have it transformed. They had promised a 6-8 week turn around time. He did get a few messages saying that they were busy and it would be delayed. My son really wanted the mask so he was willing to wait. As the months passed and they stopped responding to all our messages, we asked that they just send back our original mask. Desired SettlementI'm assuming that making the mask is out of the question so I would request that I receive my original mask back or $80.00 so I can purchase a new one as my football helmet is useless without the mask.
