BA Star

Review: My wife purchased a make up bag/train case from this company at an event in VA Beach in March 2013. The purchase was made by cash and was for (2) make up bags for our daughter. My wife did not look inside of the larger make up bag and therefore did not realize the smaller bag was missing. As a result we contacted BA Star several times via email and telephone. They routinely told us that they would send us the product. 2 months later the item paid for has still not been received.Desired Settlement: Either ship the proper item to us, or refund my money for the purchase.
