Review: I purchased this product through the stores website and although it took 2 months to get to my house, I agreed since I really like the product. The item was delivered on a shrink wrapped pallet which I unloaded in my garage. The unit came fully assembled. When I was able to remove it from the pallet and packaging and look over the item, below are the issues I encountered. •The left side top and bottom are both damaged from improper assembly. This warped the buffet and it is bowed out noticeably. The top of the unit is damaged in multiple places from improper assembly. •The shelves on both sides of the unit are helplessly crooked. The tabs that hold the shelves are pre-drilled and are the only available holes for the tabs. •The right side glass door came with no screws in it and is misaligned so there is no way to attach it so that it matches up with the other door. Additionally, there is no way to even screw the piece of glass into the door, as the cork will not hold it (the product was advertised as pressure treated wood, but it is not - it's cork; also the description of the product is Marsel Oak Ferrara Wall-Mount Cabinet with Red Gloss Doors - the is no OAK to be found in the assembly of this buffet). •The mis-assembly of the item compromises the integrity of the buffet and makes it unusable for its intended purpose as it is supposed to be wall mounted and will have to handle significant weight.Desired Settlement: I have filed a dispute with my credit card company after the seller refused to issue a refund. I offered for them to come pick up the defective product and issue the refund and their response was that I would have to return it at my cost and they were "sorry I didn't like it", which is absurd as liking it had nothing to do with my complaint.
