This company auto drafted an incorrect amount of money from my bank account and refuses to contact me regarding a refund.I signed up for automatic draft payments for services through my daughters daycare center, [redacted], in Durham NC on August 13, 2014. The agreement stated I would be charged $32.00 a month for gymnastic services rendered every Thursday at the daycare. The representative also stated that they would prorate the month of August. He also stated that if I signed up for auto drafts that day the $25 registration charge would be waived. The billing for August was correctly drafted in the amount of $24 for three Thursday classes. On September 3, 2014 my account was debited $57.00. I began calling this company everyday. I left messages and sent an email on September4. I have not heard back for them at all. The actual charge was showing in my pending charges on Monday September 1, and I began calling them on Tuesday. I have not heard back from anyone. I canceled my debit card today to prevent any further charges on my account. I also researched this company on the internet and found that they have a history of bad billing.Desired SettlementI would like a refund for the $25 wrongly taken from my account. I would also like the monthly fee for September of $32 because I have withdrawn my daughter from the program effective immediately due to the shady business practices.Business Response Our office manager has not been in the office from Sept 8 through Sept.30 due to a family emergency. Immediatly upon seeing the e-mail from Revdex.com dated 9/30 we have tried to contact the customer. We will continue to attempt to reach her via phone and e-mail. We would like to offer her a year free tuition. A refund check will be mailed to her for all funds withdrawn.

This company has failed to return any of my calls in regards to me paying my sons tuition, my son was told by staff he was no longer on tumble bus. I usually pay my sons tuition when this company puts the invoice in his cubby at the childcare center. I have contacted them since January when he came home with a invoice with no amount on it. I have left numerous messages for this company to please contact me so I can make the payment. We are now two months later and still no phone call back. today he was scheduled to go on tumble bus and was told by a staff member of the company that he was no longer on tumble bus. My son came home very upset and the fact that he was ostracized from the event. I have left at least ten voicemails and left another one today. Still no information was left in his cubby at the childcare center. Every time I call the voicemail states they are behind in calls. Desired SettlementI would like my son to be put back in the program and for someone to contact me so I can make a payment.
