B.A's Automotive Service Incworks very hard to maintain a positive reputation, our goal is that our customers leave satisfiedWe have a lifetime guarantee on all of our work, Ms [redacted] did not contact our business until after a complaint was filedAs always we are happy to address any concerns and we would have, had she given us the opportunityTo address each complaint, aftermarket parts were used on her vehicleWith the age and condition of said vehicle her insurance company felt it was the appropriate choiceWe do not control what the insurance company chooses, As for the alignment and headlight not working as previously stated we would be more than happy to resolve any problemMs [redacted] has not given us the opportunityWe towed her vehicle from the scene of an accident, in which her bumper was damagedDamage to the bumper was a direct result of the accident and was replaced and paid for by the insurance companyAlso, there has never been any contact with any insurance company regarding payment for parts or invoicesWe have every invoice for every part purchased for the vehicle and we have been paid for everythingThere is no balance owed for any additional partsThe vehicle was in the body shop, we do not use oil in our body shopAny stains in the vehicle caused by our employees will be removed at no cost to Ms [redacted] The floormat Ms [redacted] is speaking of was located and given to her immediatelyMs [redacted] also received additional work at no cost to correct previous body damage that was repaired incorrectlyThe bottom line is B.A.'s Automotive Service incwill always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfactionOur obligation to Ms [redacted] is to restore her vehicle to pre-accident condition, when Ms [redacted] picked up her vehicle after repairs were completed the vehicle was in pre-accident condition or betterThe vehicle was inspected by Ms [redacted] and our shop manager before ever leavingShe had no complaintsMs [redacted] must understand that she is driving an eleven year old vehicle that was in less than perfect condition before the accident, still we are more than willing to address and resolve any concerns Ms [redacted] may have, however we will not pay another shop to repair something we can do.Respectfully, [redacted] See attachment for original
