Your letter was received Monday February 20,2017, concerning nonpayment of monies owned. Please understand that as a medical treatment facility under HIPAA, we cannot confirm or deny any of our patients without a release of information. I can respond to you that all of our patients
who are financially responsible for their own payment pay the week of their treatment, unless they choose to pay a monthly fee in advance which they receive a discount for. We value all of our patients, not just their privacy but their concernsIf any patient has a concern be they current or previously enrolled in program they are more than welcome to address it with the clinical director or their primary counselor. What do I need to sign to release information.  I'm not requesting them to give out any diagnosis or any medical information so I don't understand why they can't answer to this.  Please forward to me the document I need to sign to get them to release information.
