Review: I contacted Baba Travel LLC located at [redacted],VA [redacted] on May 20th 2014 to query regarding 3 airline tickets to [redacted], Pakistan.I spoke with Mr.Farooq A** and requested a quote for 3 tickets to [redacted],Pakistan flying on July 21st 2014.After acknowledging my request,Mr.A** asked me to check the email where he will be sending the important information about the trip such as break down of the prices and the flight details etc.Upon receiving his email I noticed he didnt bother to include the most essential piece of information which was the prices of the tickets as I pacifically mentioned.Instead, he e-mailed the flight itinerary which didnt serve the purpose.I replied to his email and requested for the price.Why anyone would wants to look at the itinerary without the prices break down of the flight? The agent calls on May 21st 2014 and tells me that the tickets for the two adults would be $1410 each and for the infant would be $380 and these prices will be changed after two hours, if you like I can hold it for you on your credit card.Later, I will send you an email with all the details of the flight and tickets if everything seems alright to you I will confirm it within 24 hours.After waiting for two days and not receiving his detailed email I texted him on May 24th and requested for the email.The email he sent I noticed the arrival airport in Pakistan was wrong. I asked him to change it and the agent said the ticket has been confirmed and I will have to pay the fine to make the changes and pay additional money for to arrive at [redacted] airport.I told him I never authorized you to charge my card and make the booking for Islamabd airport. He said everything's has been done and he can't do anything unless I pay the fine and pay additional cost to arrive and depart from [redacted] airport. He never asked me before confirming the ticket. I was told that he will use my CC to hold the price until I review everything and approve of it,I never signed off.Desired Settlement: There are 2 options: (1) change the final destination to [redacted] Pakistan to arrive at and depart from. (2) Issue the full refund so I could take my business some place else.
