Attached are copies of the invoices we had written up for the property located at *** *** *** Road, Atascadero.One of the invoices is the original w/ all documents associatedThere is a rewritten "typed" up invoice to attempt to have a clear idea of what the technician had discovered
(his original copy wasn't too legible which is why the 2nd was typed) The 3rd & final invoice, states that we returned to the site to correct the known issues from the 1st visit, we also have a signature from David Walter on the final invoice that also includes the system passed during the time of inspection.D*** ***Operations/Construction Manager
