Company owner Mr*** called in to give the following response by phoneHe states
that the consumer was too intoxicated to understand what was being told to herHe states that the consumer was not charged $per person, he states that the charge was $per personHe states that there was a sign posted outside stating that the charge would be $per personHe also states that the sign is always posted outside so that people know what they are paying prior to enteringHe states that the error regarding the bacon was taking off of their checkHe states that the party ate all of their food and did not seem to have an issue until the check came

Anthony G[redacted] with company called. Complainant stated that he ordered wings and waited an hour. Anthony states he waited 28 minutes during a [redacted] game and it was busy. There were at least 160 people in the restaurant before he arrived. The consumer...
stated that his wings were cold. Anthony offered to get him another dozen. The consumer said no and that he just wanted them taken off his bill. Fifteen minutes later when Anthony walked by the table he said he was sorry that he will not be able to take the wings off because the consumer ate the whole dozen. Mr. Anthony states that if they were cold why did he eat them. After that he threatened to sue me. M.r Anthony states that he got the sheriff that works for them to have the customer wait outside while he went and got the consumer's bill for threatening to sue them. They took the consumer's credit card and ID and had him pay the bill while on camera so that there would be no dispute. The consumer called a half hour later threatening to sue me if the charges were not removed.
