I purchased 4 pairs of Babiators Christmas 2018 and registered each of them. Two pairs didn’t make it through the summer. They broke which surprised me because of their indestructible claim. I just recently submitted a claim and was autodenied. I need to speak with a representative however, there is no Customer Service phone number. There are times when a human being is needed!

Review: Babiators are guaranteed for loss or damage as per their website. I have purchased 3 pair over the course of 6 months. All three pairs were registered when we purchased. All three pairs were lost. Contacted Babiators and they confirmed 3 pair were registered, and they would be replacing all three pairs as long as I paid the shipping cost. I did and they confirmed that all three pair were replaced. I only received one. I contacted them and they keep telling me they shipped the other 2 pair; but haven't. Now they are not responding to my emails.There is no phone # on their website.Desired Settlement: 2 pair of Babiators
