Currently your loved one is being looked at and worked on." hMay 22- phone call: bear has not been touched, estimated completion is 2.5 weeks- asked that bear be sent home w/o restorationMay 23- phone call: asked if I needed to send her anything to have him mailed back- no, would be shipped back to address provided with bearJun 7- phone call: inquiring status of bear- informed I could either pick him up at store or send her $ to ship him- anger was expressed, and I was hung up on before I could ask to give CC number for shipping costDesired Settlement: The unexpected time of turnover is of no consequence. Being lied to is disrespectful. I was offered no apology for the lie. Had I never been told he was being worked on, this whole thing could have been avoided. Add in how rudely I was treated, as if I were in the wrong, and I am left with nothing good to say about this business or the woman who runs it. I wanted an apology. I hope no one ever has to experience the stress this put me through. That bear is priceless to me. I was beyond patient.
