On July 3, 2018, I put a Lamb's Wool Comforter in to be dry cleaned at Annie's Professional Dry CleanersWhen I picked up the comforter, I found the company had washed rather than dry cleaned itThe comforter was ruined and I declined to accept itThe owner eventually agreed, through an employee, to compensate me $75, much less than the replacement cost, but I agreed to the compensationI am a senior and did not want to deal with a stressful situationAs of today, October 2, I have been unable to obtain the compensation although I have called the business on numerous occasions and have visited the shop on at least a dozen other occasionsThe employee on duty tells me that the check has not arrived, or it will be in soon, or he has not been able to contact the owner etcetcI have finally concluded that the owner is stonewalling and has no intention of paying the compensationEven if this complaint does not succeed in getting me compensation, it will create a paper trail that m
