Babies R Us deceived me by giving me information and sending me separate coupons while they only honored one I'm registered with BRU and they sent me 10% off registry completion couponsAnd they're not duplicatesThey were supposed to expire on different daysI used one of them last month and added few more items to my registry since thenI tried to use the second coupon today and not so friendly female staff refused to honor the coupon since I used one last month.??? So I ended up paying full price and I could have paid less if I had shopped at different places and I wouldn't have driven miles just to get to Babies R UsI believe BRU sent me coupons intentionally to lure me to the store My complaints are: Why do you send me separate coupons if you're going to honor only one of them? Isn't it deceiving? Last time when I used one of the coupons, the cashier said we might be able to use the coupon multiple times and she even tried to return it to us but we told her we did not need it since we had one moreLack of proper training and miscommunication between staff?

Babies R Us deceived me by giving me false information and sending me 2 separate coupons while they only honored one.
I'm registered with BRU and they sent me 2 10% off registry completion coupons. And they're not duplicates. They were supposed to expire on different days. I used one of them last month and added few more items to my registry since then. I tried to use the second coupon today and not so friendly female staff refused to honor the coupon since I used one last month.??? So I ended up paying full price and I could have paid less if I had shopped at different places and I wouldn't have driven 40 miles just to get to Babies R Us. I believe BRU sent me 2 coupons intentionally to lure me to the store.
My complaints are:
1. Why do you send me 2 separate coupons if you're going to honor only one of them? Isn't it deceiving?
2. Last time when I used one of the coupons, the cashier said we might be able to use the coupon multiple times and she even tried to return it to us but we told her we did not need it since we had one more. Lack of proper training and miscommunication between staff?

The customer service department will not honor a exchange of a $120 travel system due to not have original box to ship it back in. Even though the original box was square and the stroller is not put together and is rectangular and can not be broken down any further. The stroller pegs broke to hold the car seat in the stroller so the travel system dosnt work together and the child that it is for is for a two month old. They will not even exchange the stroller in store without the original box. I don't want to return the product, I would like a exchange.

I can not believe that babies r us would risk a child's safety and resale a used dirty bouncer that has food and dog hair all over it I'm floored beyond words u guys should seriously think twice about being in a business like this and being so cheap
