Baby Bear Cleaners

Review: I brought my newly purchased clothes from Ann Taylor to be dry cleaned. My silk shirt was laundered and is now ruined two pair of slacks were laundered and ruined as well. I brought my clothes back in as soon as I became aware of the issue and the owner yelled at me that he did not do it and it was my problem. I asked to be reimbursed for the amount I spent since I only wore the shirt once and the pants twice. Again, he refused. I also had another pair of pants that were supposed to be altered but he said they were sent out. I told him I would be back that evening to pick them up but when I arrived at 5:45, they were closed. At this point, my clothes that cost $250.00 are ruined and this establishment refuses to compensate me for my loss. I did however receive my $22.00 back for the dry clean bill or should I say laundry bill.Desired Settlement: I want my clothes to be replaced where I purchased them from Ann Taylor in the amount of $250.00
